You buy the big old country house in need of love, pull back some of the ugly and find tons of original beauty waiting for you to unleash it!.

If there were no kids around, I’d probably still make these. They’re just so darn cute!.

It went a little like this:.-Paint the rocks orange (we used dollar store acrylic paint).. -Let the paint dry.. -Draw faces on them in Sharpie.. -Line them up on a window sill and enjoy their cuteness (or spookiness depending on how easily frightened you are by our skillful drawings of scary faces).. See that long tall one on the end? That’s supposed to be the scariest one of all.

She’s hilarious though.

Look, you’ve never even met her and you love her already.I love this recipe because it’s totally do-able while holding a baby and then, voila, I’ve made 4 meals worth of food!

It makes me feel competent as a homekeeper for sure. So, you can stir it at this point or not.

Put the lid on and let it cook on low all day, or at least 5-6 hours.Stir it every few hours so the meat doesn’t all cook in a clump.. At dinner time it’s ready!.
